ESB is AES’s flagship credential pathway. Schools, workforce organizations, employers, nonprofits, and funders can help expand access through a Youth or Adult cohort, referrals, applied learning, or sponsorship.

Host an ESB Cohort

Plan a Youth or Adult cohort with AES. Agree on the audience, schedule, learning format, participant support, and exam arrangements before recruitment.

Schools and Youth Organizations

Connect business fundamentals with career exploration, communication, teamwork, and supported credential readiness.

Workforce Organizations

Add structured business readiness and ESB exam preparation to a career development, reskilling, or entrepreneurship pathway.

Start with a conversation about your audience and desired outcomes. Together, define eligibility, recruitment, schedule, technology, participant support, exam access, and reporting.

AES’s ESB model connects preparation with applied learning. We will track participation, completion, exam participation, credentials earned, and next-step progress. Funding and operational arrangements are agreed before a cohort is announced.

United Way of Metropolitan Dallas supports AES through a 2025–2028 Community Impact Grant award of $55,000 annually. The NBA Foundation provided a $50,000 grant for 2024–2026 to strengthen organizational capacity and educational opportunity.

Wells Fargo Foundation, The Dallas Foundation, Dollar General Literacy Foundation, and other supporters have helped advance AES’s broader education and community work.

Explore Our Outcomes and Recognition

AES has worked with college partners through Federal Work-Study arrangements. These opportunities are paid through the participating institution, subject to the college’s eligibility, placement, and program requirements.
